Research On The Design Of Terminal Metal Roof

At present,China's urbanization construction is given priority to the development of transportation infrastructure.With the increase in the proportion of civil aviation passengers in the comprehensive transportation system,first-and second-tier cities have successively entered the airport expansion.How to balance the internal function and external image is the fundamental proposition that designers need to solve.Metal roof is one of the important outer envelope structures of the terminal,which has a key impact on the interior space environment and external architectural image of the terminal.However,due to the lack of attention to the design of metal roof architecture in China at present,the design institute put The design task is transferred to the design mode of roofing manufacturers,which makes the contradiction with the building needs more and more prominent.Therefore,under the premise of giving equal consideration to roofing technology and art,starting from the specific building type of the terminal building,studying its metal roofing design strategy has an important role in referring to the construction practice of the navigation station building and promoting the metal roofing design.Based on the theory of metal roof technology,this paper analyzes the metal roof of terminal building from the perspective of architectural design.Firstly,the paper analyzes the terminal building and metal roof,and studies the application,characteristics and aesthetics of the terminal metal roof,which is the theoretical basis of the terminal metal roof design.Secondly,through the cooperation with domestic metal roof manufacturers,the case collection and analysis of 30 large and medium-sized terminal metal roofs at home and abroad are carried out.The main types of roof,roof configuration,skylight design,waterproof structure and insulation structure types of terminal metal roof application in the emerging stage are summarized,and the applicability of different types in terminal buildings is analyzed.And select representative cases to analyze and summarize the design characteristics from many aspects.Combined with the above case study,the technical system and technical difficulties of the terminal metal roof are analyzed,and the solutions are proposed.Finally,based on the improvement of roof artistic expression and the realization of superior enclosure function,the design strategy of terminal metal roof is proposed from three aspects of metal roof overall design,detail design and sustainable design.Based on the in-depth study of several practical engineering cases,this paper puts forward the reference frame of terminal metal roof design by combining practical experience and design theory,and guides the terminal designers to better design practice with specific design strategies.
