Green Retrofitting And Designing Of Roof On Shandong Jianzhu University

The urbanization of our country has brought about a series of urban problems,such as the shortage of land resources,the rapid growth of energy consumption and degradation of environment.In the crowded city,it is undoubtedly a useful measure to explore and make full use of the use of space and its potential of energy saving.As “the fifth elevation” of the city and the most important interface,the roof of the building will play an increasingly important role in the continuous development of the city.Research on the roof utilization is of great significance for enriching the use of urban space and giving full play to the effect of energy saving.In the case of a serious shortage of urban land,the roof development can expand new ideas of reasonable utilization and energy-saving technology application of urban space,and it not only point out a new direction for construction of three-dimensional city,but also make a contribution to land compensation for city.Campus is an important part of city.Research on utilization and technology application of the roofs on campus can provide a test subject for utilization of urban roof,at the same time it has an effect of demonstration and promotion on the development and application of green technology of roof in the city.Through the collection and collation the information of roof greening,solar photovoltaic technology and solar hot water technology,use of the roof space of the campus building,the combination use of green technology and opening design of space and so on,this paper makes a further analysis on the design method of green technology of roof which is suitable for building itself,with the roof research and drawings of Shandong Jianzhu University.The paper takes Shandong Jianzhu University as a research subject for green retrofitting and designing the roof,including the roofs of the existing buildings,buildings to be completed,and buildings to be built within the red line,and not including structures,sheds,board houses and temporary structures.There are a lot of application technologies involved in the green retrofitting.Roof greening,solar hot water and solar photovoltaic are chosen as application technologies for green retrofitting and designing of roof in this paper.Firstly,the paper describes in detail the status quo of the roof of Shandong Jianzhu University in three types,which are office accommodation,teaching,service three categories.Based on the analysis of roof utilization,the available roof area is calculated with the relevant drawings.Secondly,the paper points out that the transformation of green roof implementation problems in Colleges and universities,the advantages and measures of roof retrofitting in Shandong Jianzhu University,and the principle of roof retrofitting and designing.Then the paper analyzes the applicable requirements of solar hat water,solar photovoltaic power generation and roof greening,making sure that each roof is suitable for which green roof technology.Thirdly,selecting typical building of each type of categories,the paper adopts suitable technology to design the roof.At last,the paper carries on the cost calculation and the benefit analysis to the plan.
