Today,rural homestays are quietly prevalent,and the homestay industry in various regions is in full swing.Tourists choose to stay at a local homestay.On the one hand,the local homestay is close to the scenic area,which is convenient for tourists.On the other hand,the local homestay provides tourists with the opportunity to experience local local life and feel the local customs.However,under the background of the rural construction boom,a large number of homestays have appeared,leading to the phenomenon of symbolization and homogenization of homestay construction,resulting in the non-existence of the native nature of rural homestays.Therefore,how to integrate the potential of rural areas Resources,exploring the humanistic background of rural tourism,and to ensure that the interests of rural residents are not affected and the rural environment is not damaged,creating a local homestay suitable for the local community is an urgent problem to be solved.In addition,the homestay involves multiple subject areas,personnel roles,and complex rural backgrounds other than architecture.It is difficult to meet the development needs of the existing homestay market with the inherent perspective of simply building in the past.How to comprehensively solve the above problems in architectural design has become the difficulty and focus of rural homestay design.This article selects the rural homestay in Zibo City,Shandong Province as the research object,and on the basis of sorting out the development status and construction status of Zibo homestay,summarizes the design problems in the development of Zibo rural homestay.After solid research on the theory and construction development of the homestay,the local natural environment resources and historical and cultural resources are analyzed and discriminated,and combined with the architectural characteristics of the local traditional houses,the design method of the local homestay is proposed from the following two aspects.In the overall planning,pay attention to the planning and selection of the homestay.When selecting the site,not only the road transportation,drainage,electricity,network and other infrastructure conditions must be considered,but also the space should be closely connected with the village and the local tourism planning,The rural construction planning is consistent;the layout should be flexibly arranged according to different topography and road directions.In terms of individual design,first of all,it is necessary to ensure that the flow lines of the building are reasonable,and the flow lines of tourists and operators do not cross each other;pay attention to the public space used for activity exchange,and the area ratio of the room space to the guest room space should be more than 1:1;The daylighting and privacy meet the tourists' accommodation needs,but the area should not be too large;the construction materials should be selected from the common materials of the local traditional houses,so that the building is consistent with the surrounding residential buildings;the landscape layout is tailored to the local conditions to maintain the original landscape around the homestay order.we appeal to rural residents,homebuyers and the government to build awareness of the country house and rural style,and put forward construction opinions on the future development of Zibo Country House.
