| Urban-rural relations have always been the focus of China ’s urban-rural development concerns and research.China ’s urban-rural development has experienced stages such as rural support towns,urban growth and urban-rural coordination,and each stage of transformation will have a profound impact on urban and rural social and economic development.In recent years,with the continuous investment of the state in policies and funds,China has made great progress in urban and rural development and construction,and urban and rural development has entered a new stage of urban-rural integration.However,in the central and western regions of China,especially the concentrated contiguous destitute areas,due to the influence of natural landforms and historical development,there is still a certain gap between urban and rural development.The urban and rural economic industrial layout,road transportation and other infrastructure and public service facilities,the construction is not perfect enough,which restricts the development process of China’s urban-rural integration to a certain extent.At the same time,urban and rural development is not a zero-sum game,but a process of coordinated integration and sharing of social development dividends.To this end,the country is also continuously committed to the practice and research of the integration of urban and rural development,and has successively issued a series of guarantee mechanisms and policy systems,such as the implementation of rural revitalization strategies,the establishment of a sound urban and rural integration development mechanism,etc.,and then effectively solve the practical problems in the process of urban and rural development in China.This article combined with the current development background of urban-rural integration,through the definition of urban-rural integration,urban-rural space,spatial model and other concepts,as well as the domestic and foreign relevant literature and practical cases for reference,to clarify the development trend of urban-rural integration,on the basis of the analysis and evaluation of the development status and development level of urban and rural space in Lueyang County,it summarizes the spatial problems of Lueyang County in urban and rural economy,society,culture,ecology and urban-rural system,and clarifies the urban-rural integration of Luoyang County Development focus.Afterwards,under the guidance of ecological,intensive,equalization,dynamic and regional development concepts,the influencing factors of urban and rural spatial development were clarified from the aspects of nature,industry,culture,transportation and policies,and the Dynamic mechanism of driving,external thrust and collaborative platform,the urban-rural spatial development model of "growth pole nucleus + veining + radial" in Lueyang County was determined,that is,growth pole nucleus accumulation and diffusion,veining organic embedding,and radial linkage extension,and it also puts forward planning strategies for ecological space control,green industry promotion,urbanrural space development,urban-rural facility construction,and regional collaborative development,thereby promoting the construction and development of urban-rural integration in Lueyang County. |
