Research On The Quality Management Of Construction Project Of GAVC College History Museum

The construction of the school history museum is an important part of the cultural construction of colleges and universities.The construction of the school history museum of the GAVC College is based on the current development status of the college.This article studies the quality management of the construction project of the History Museum of GAVC College,and explores a road suitable for the quality management of the construction project of the History Museum of our country.This paper adopts a research method combining literature research method,case analysis method and field visit method to conduct a specific investigation and analysis on the construction project of GAVC College school history museum.This article starts with the analysis of the meaning and content of project quality management,and uses the Juran quality management trilogy and PDCA cycle in the theory of project quality management as the theoretical basis.It introduces the background and necessity of project construction,the basic situation of construction and the final results.According to the preliminary investigation,project formulation,project bidding,project implementation,completion acceptance,and trial operation of the project,the quality management problems were pointed out and analyzed.Finally,corresponding quality improvement measures were proposed based on the problems found at each stage.This article uses the quality management methods adopted in the construction of the school history museum of the GAVC college,and strengthens the overall quality management according to the requirements of the PDCA cycle,in order to provide guidance and reference significance for the construction of the school history museum of colleges,especially vocationalcolleges.
