On the basis of the traditional mixing of asphalt concrete,we put forward the vibration stirring technology of asphalt concrete by adding vibration waves of certain frequency and amplitude during the stirring process,and carry out mechanism analysis.In this paper,the effects of vibration parameters on the viscosity of SBS modified asphalt and 70# matrix asphalt and the changes of conventional properties of asphalt materials after vibration are studied in combination with small vibration tables.And We use an axial vibration forced mixer to optimize the oil-stone ratio test for asphalt concrete prepared at different vibration frequencies.Through the standard rutting test,the water immersion Marshall test and the freeze-thaw split test,the high temperature stability performance and water stability performance of asphalt concrete based on vibration stirring technology are explored.And the maintenance of the water stability and high temperature stability of the asphalt concrete by vibration mixing technology is further studied,and the performance of asphalt concrete with vibration frequencies of 30 Hz and 40 Hz is mainly studied.In terms of water stability,we conduct a freeze-thaw split test of cyclic chloride salt and immerse rutting test.In terms of high temperature stability,we carry out high temperature rutting test and shear strength test.At the same time,we conducted a heavy-load rutting test to investigate the performance of asphalt concrete against rutting under heavy-load traffic condition.And we conducted on-site inspection tests on the asphalt pavement with vibration mixing technology.The results show that compared with the asphalt pavement with traditional mixing technology,the impermeability has decreased slightly,and the compaction and anti-sliding performance have been improved. |
