Power quality management refers to the monitoring and analysis of power quality information transmitted by the power grid and the treatment of corresponding abnormal power quality events,which plays an important role in ensuring the stable and safe operation of the power grid and reliable and high-quality service.With the construction of AC and DC power transmission in the State Grid and the improvement of the demand of large-scale customers such as various new energy power generation and high-speed rail,the traditional single point,single line and limited area power quality monitoring governance has been unable to meet the demand,and it is urgent to form a wide area power quality monitoring.Especially with the rapid expansion of the accumulated power quality data,there are also some problems in the existing system,such as low scalability of data storage,poor data access and processing capacity,and the statistical analysis method can't get the global monitoring results for the scattered data.Therefore,it is urgent to improve and develop the existing power quality management system by using the emerging big data technology to meet the needs of wide area power quality management.Through the establishment of power quality data access and management system based on big data platform,the high reliability aggregation access of hierarchical monitoring data in wide area power grid and the statistical analysis function of power quality monitoring big data for power quality management are realized.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1.From the perspective of big data processing technology,power quality monitoring and analysis,this paper analyzes the research status at home and abroad,analyzes the application prospect of the system in detail,and makes adaptive selection of big data technology that can be applied to power quality management business.2.According to the characteristics and types of power quality data in the current power grid,make a detailed assessment of the actual scale of power quality data,and combine with the actual business scenarios of the State Grid to summarize the construction requirements of power quality data access and management system based on big data,especially the access,storage,calculation,analysis and other technical requirements of massive power quality data.3.The power quality data is divided into two categories: the original monitoring data and the statistical analysis result data.The data model is designed under the big data environment.On this basis,based on Hadoop,the access and storage of super largescale power quality original monitoring data supporting transaction processing,statistical analysis of power quality governance indicators and operation status based on big data calculation,statistical aggregation analysis of transient events,early warning and warning of indicators and other system functions are realized.4.The architecture of power quality data access and management system is designed and implemented based on Cloudera big data platform,especially the implementation of the core functions of the system from two aspects of massive data access storage and data statistical analysis and calculation,and the visualization display function of power quality management is realized from the perspective of data visualization.The power quality data access and management system described in this paper has been formally deployed and applied in the national grid cloud computing center,which supports the monitoring of 3533 substations and 22 converter stations of 27 provincial grid companies in the national grid,with a total of 5863 monitoring terminals,9350 power quality monitoring points,daily TB level data access and storage and 40 statistical analysis functions,and has achieved good results Good application effect.
