According to the character of electric power enterprises, this thesis analyzes theimportance of information share and data security, solves the defect and deficient of oldpermission model, principally brings forward the permission administration design planbased on improved RBAC model. After consulted the static control of duty extent, thisthesis adduces the concept of dynamic control of duty extent, gives a feasible, reliable,efficient technology sustain to improve the data security of user level and record level,What's more, offers theory and tech support on the access control of workflow system.This thesis has abandoned the variable control based workflow platform technology,after analyzed the advantage of RBAC, TBAC and in view of the character of electricpower generate workflow, brings the task-state-based access control model: T-SBACinto use. This model regards the role, task, permission, task-lifecycle, authorization step,task state as control object, can monitor and control the workflow all lifecycle, all statedynamically. This thesis using SQL database data state identification and retrieve makeslarge quantities of data exchange and summary among departments successfully. Makesthe workflow technology of batch data processing apply to voltage guidelinemanagement, has improved the efficiency and quality of voltage management andlightened the work load of manager greatly.
