A Study On The Strategy Of City Village Renewal In Xiaotun,Fengtai District Of Beijing

City villages with distinctive brand of city and rural dual social and economic structure,is our country land ownership and the specific culture background,the special problems in the process of rapid cityization.City village is like a lonely island in the city,on the location and a close connection between cities,and has a relatively independent space area.City villages have both city villagers(rural household registration)and migrant population,with complex personnel,and prominent city-rural differences in public management,environmental governance,infrastructure,and living quality.How to realize the healthy and orderly development of cities by carrying out targeted renovation and reconstruction of city villages through "one village,one policy"(instead of "one demolition and one solution")on the basis of full research and demonstration is still an important issue faced by all major cities.This paper is based on the perspective of urban and rural planning(not sociology,economics,management,etc.),and takes the city village in xiaotun area,fengtai district,Beijing as the research object.It analyzes the development status of city village in xiaotun area and the difficulties in its renewal and reconstruction,summarizes the core problems that need to be solved,proposes the overall goal and positioning of city village renewal in Xiaotun area based on the master plan of Beijing and the superior plan of fengtai district.Then takes Datun village,as an example,the most representative city village in Xiaotun.Then I propose specific renewal strategies,hoping to provide reference for the renewal and reconstruction of other city villages in Xiaotun area.Firstly,based on the discrimination of relevant concepts,the research object and research scope are clearly defined.By comparing the update status of city villages in this region,the key city village in xiaotun area--datun village is determined as the update design case.Second,to city villages to update ideas and practice in China in recent years was summarized,the inductive effect to update model of social economy,regional location,the related policy,the population structure,several factors such as physical space;Again,Fengtai and Xiaotun area to update the status quo of city villages,the core problem and has implemented renovation project,a plan based on the above,determine the Xiaotun overall goals and principles of city villages update region,through the investigation and analysis of the predicament of update in the region,it puts forward at present the "self-organization update" this optimum update mode.Then to Datun village as an example,the renewal of the typical city villages focus on design research,put forward specific update strategy and design scheme;Finally,the general strategies for the renewal of other city villages in Xiaotun area are summarized,and some inspirations for the renewal of city villages in Beijing are considered."One village,one policy" is the key to the reasonable solution of the problem of city villages.In view of the typicality and representativeness of city villages in Xiaotun district of Fengtai district,this paper discusses the countermeasures of city villages renewal in this area,which can provide reference for other cities facing similar problems.
