In recent years,with the rapid development of infrastructure construction industry,urban investment and construction companies in major cities have played a greater role in promoting.As an infrastructure construction enterprise in Yinchuan City,Yinchuan city investment company studied in this paper,because the main business model is B2 B,such business model determines how to establish long-term and stable relationship with these key customers to seek common interests of both sides,and then improve the satisfaction of key customers,which has become a very valuable topic for research.Based on the in-depth interview and questionnaire statistical analysis,this paper studies the customer satisfaction of Yinchuan city investment company.In terms of research content and process,firstly,based on the review of relevant research at home and abroad and the theoretical analysis of key customers and customer satisfaction,this paper expounds the general situation and customer satisfaction status of Yinchuan city investment company.Secondly,according to the current situation of customer satisfaction of Yinchuan city investment company,the survey and statistics of customer satisfaction are carried out,and then the improvement strategy is put forward.This paper constructs the evaluation index and system of customer satisfaction of city investment company,refines the connotation and measurement standard of each factor,and obtains the final customer satisfaction index and weight value of each factor suitable for Yinchuan city investment company through the application of AHP.At the same time,this paper also discusses the influence of "service quality","relationship quality" and "professional ability" on "customer satisfaction" and "customer loyalty" of urban investment engineering service industry,so as to strengthen the service quality,relationship quality and professional ability of urban investment company,and then improve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.In this process,the statistical methods such as Cronbach coefficient,kmo test and Bartlett sphericity test are used to test the model and analyze its differences.Finally,the main factors of customer satisfaction are put forward.The statistical results show that in the key customer satisfaction evaluation system of Yinchuan city investment company,the weight of engineering products,service quality and customer relationship is high,while in the empirical study of the relationship between customer satisfaction and other factors,it is found that:(1)the responsiveness of service quality has a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction;(2)The professional attitude of professional ability has a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction;(3)customer satisfaction has a significant positive impact on customer loyalty.The research of this paper shows that the improvement of customer satisfaction of B2 B enterprises such as urban investment company depends more on the construction of persistent relationship marketing.I hope the research of this paper can provide reference for similar enterprises.
