This thesis is based on the early warning demand of power equipment.To achieve the goal of reducing equipment maintenance cost;Based on the analysis of the operating records of the current equipment operating system,the judgment and identification of equipment operating faults are realized.In the Web desktop and mobile terminal to achieve power equipment operation and early warning management,can find fault in time,to reduce the maintenance cost of equipment.Based on the current requirements of monitoring data analysis of equipment operation,this thesis constructs a complete power equipment warning system integrating monitoring data collection,Firstly,the Web operation monitoring end,APP end is analyzed and predicted.By the use of the unified modeling language(UML)the business process of power equipment early warning is analyzed.Based on the analysis process,the user roles are analyzed at the same time.Secondly,by the use of the case diagram the four functional models of monitoring data collection system are described,Web operation monitoring end,APP end and data analysis and prediction are also discussed in this part of work.Meanwhile,the system function model is explained in detail by examples and activity diagrams,and combined with the operation requirements of power management units,the non-functional requirements of the system are proposed.Third,upon completion of system analysis,the network structure of the system,the frame structure,the structure to increase the maintainability and scalability of the system,are designed in detail through the class diagram,sequence diagram.Respectively on the system module has carried on the detailed design,system monitoring module includes data collection,Web operation monitoring terminal,APP and data analysis and prediction,etc.,then the system security design,database design are discussed in detail.Finally,after the completion of the system design,the JavaEE architecture is used to complete the realization of each functional module of the system.After the realization of the system function,the thesis respectively completes the test of system function and performance.The test shows that the system function and performance meet the requirements of equipment management.This system has completed the early warning of power equipment.On the basis of the basic information management of power equipment operation,a comprehensiveapplication platform integrating monitoring data collection,Web operation monitoring end,APP end and data analysis and prediction has been built.This platform can be applied in a number of major equipment in the operations of the repair work,defects in the implementation of fault management at the same time,improve the efficiency of the equipment fault management,design based on the analysis of the equipment operation parameters,the real-time dynamic testing equipment possible failure,reduce the failure rate in the process of equipment was put into operation,improve the service life of the equipment,mineral equipment to provide auxiliary decision support means to protect.
