The Research And Development Of Power Distribution Gird Data Collection And Monitoring System

Today,county electric power supply bureaus perform professional management of different fields with the help of grid power monitor systems.As the systems belong to different departments,it’s difficult to make a balanced and unified description of integrated business,and the information can not be shared.To improve the management of power grid supply and make a smart grid,it necessary to build an integrated distribution monitoring system which collects all basic operation data and realizes the information sharing and provides information technology support for improving capabilities of Enterprise Power Grid Operational Management.Based on the massive analysis about the power distribution system and the customers’ requirements,this project takes J2 EE,invented by SUN inc.,as the development platform,Oracle database as the backstage database,integrates the innovative technology about Struts,Spring and iBATIS as flexible application platform.It fully utilizes ExtJS framework and AJAX technology,and applies SVC graphic technique to design the system according to the requirements of MVC model.This system can monitor the power distribution grid at all levels,and display the key data through graphic interfaces,so it significantly improves the country power grid management.
