Equipment vehicles refer to vehicles equipped with special equipment and having special functions,which are mainly used to undertake special transportation tasks or perform special operation tasks.They are designed to help users greatly improve work efficiency or respond to hazardous operating environments.Equipment vehicles are naturally used Situations are intrinsically connected.However,the current research perspectives in this field are mostly limited to vehicle engineering,mechanical engineering,control technology,manufacturing technology,etc.,and there are few related studies in the design perspective and limited intervention depth.The study found that the intervention of design research has important value in the improvement of design quality,the improvement of vehicle human-computer interaction problems,the effective advancement of engineering physicochemicals,and the scientific decision-making of solutions.In this context,the paper takes the situation-driven design theory as a starting point,studies the situational problems in the design of equipment vehicles,builds a theoretical model and proposes product design strategies for equipment vehicles under the guidance of the model.This topic is based on the actual design problems of the equipment vehicle industry.It uses the situation-driven design research method to analyze the situation elements in the equipment vehicle design and build a situation model for the equipment vehicle design.The article first expands the scope of situational design theory under the research framework of "affiliation",and combines the issues of design management and design decision-making,and proposes the concept of situation-driven design theory.Then,based on the basic structure of "things" in affair science,a PAET situation-driven model for equipment vehicle design is proposed,and from the natural relationship between situation drive and equipment vehicles,the theory of situation-driven theory guides the design practice of equipment vehicles Sex.Then use case studies,desktop surveys,expert interviews and field surveys to carry out systematic research on various stakeholders in the equipment vehicle enterprise level and product development process.The four echelons of equipment vehicle companies are obtained,and then after diverging and then focusing,the system combs the design-related teams and their internal connections in the product development process.Starting from the research results and under the overall framework of context-driven design theory,a task model in the design context is constructed,and the needs of the design team in the design and development of equipment and vehicle products are summarized.Subsequently,twelve targeted design strategies were proposed from the specific situations of design implementation,design management and design decision-making.At the end of the study,starting from the actual use of forklift trucks,the theoretical framework of typical scenarios combined with situation-driven design methods was extracted,and the PAET situation analysis structure was mapped to four typical usage scenarios,and the product design requirements of forklift trucks were analyzed.Combine the corporate brand gene construction standards and technical conditions,complete the refinement of design definition and design direction,and use situation-driven design thinking to continuously refine and adjust the interior and exterior design of the vehicle,and simulate through JACK and other simulations in real situations The software inspects and verifies the vision,hardware human-computer interaction and other issues in the vehicle design.In the course of practice,the design strategy of equipment-driven vehicles driven by the situation is further verified and the design strategy is improved.
