Study On Urban Design Methods Of Adjacent Area In Historical Block In Jiangnan Region

As the core region of the Yangtze river delta city group,Jiangnan region enjoys high-quality national policy resources and have a wonderful economic location.Due to the policy of reforming and opening up,the urbanization process has been growing rapidly.In the process of becoming a national economically developed region,the urban environment of the Jiangnan region is facing various and rapid changes.Large-scale demolition and commercial construction activities led to the continuous influx of massive buildings and roads near the historic blocks,and the urban transportation planning has also blindly met the needs of fast and convenient transportation,resulting in the abrupt changes of the connection between the historic blocks and the contemporary urban space in part of the south of the Yangtze River,and the antagonism of the overall style is serious.As a transitional area between the city and the district,the adjacent zone of the historic blocks in Jiangnan region can make up for the functional requirements of the historic blocks,provide more social infrastructure and services.Also,integrate the historic blocks into the overall function of the contemporary city.The adjacent to the area as a historic block aims to show the city's first interface,the quality of the design would directly affect the appearance of the city.Conduct the adjacent areas of historical districts properly can enhance people's sense of identity to Jiangnan district.It can help the historical districts and cities in the Jiangnan region to establish a high degree of identification and strengthen the identity of the region.Therefore,this paper analysis the main problems of the construction of the adjacent zone,combing the design difficulty,according to the outstanding practice of historical block adjacent to the zone to explore the systematic methods of urban design.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and the research object.Sorts out the relevant practices and theories at home and abroad.Clarifies the feasibility and research framework of this paper.The second chapter summarizes the development of the adjacent area of the historic district from three aspects:the development of the historic district in the south of the Yangtze River,the adjacent area of the historic district and emphasizes the necessity of the protection of the historic district and the importance of the reasonable construction of the adjacent area.The historic district in the south of the Yangtze River in the third chapter is mainly to adjacent to the area to study the related theory and practice of urban design,adjacent to the zone on the relevant theories of urban design,summed up the transition to reconcile coordinate with the comparison of two adjacent to the zone for the construction of the updated model,and adjacent areas are summarized on the basis of investigation of the relevant situation in the update of the construction of the type of the characteristics and difficulties.Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 are Parallel chapters.It is about summarizing the transition to reconcile and contrast to coordinate the two adjacent to the update model zone construction of the urban design methods based on the analysis of texture,scale,interface and sight in the update adjacent zone construction.
