Study On The Environment Design Of Contemporary Homestay In Jiangnan Area

Under the background of the development of characteristic towns and beautiful villages in the whole society,the B&Bs in various regions have sprung up.The culture and living environment of the villages and towns are affected by the wave of urbanization in different degrees.Urban and rural construction has promoted the rapid development of the contemporary homestay industry,especially in the south of the country.The development of contemporary homestays in the Jiangnan area is preceded by Zhejiang,followed by Shanghai and Jiangsu,and its development has also revealed some problems.For example,the humanistic tradition in the environmental design of modern Jiangnan area is not promoted and inherited,and the surrounding geographical and ecological environment is destroyed.The external form and geographical characteristics of the B&B building are not harmonious,or the geographical features are not clear;the space environment of the B&B cannot meet the leisure needs of the contemporary people.The issues are becoming more apparent.This paper attempts to explore the environmental design of modern homes in Jiangnan by the following ideas.First of all,according to the status quo of theoretical research at home and abroad and related theoretical concepts,the concept and meaning of the environmental design of modern homes in Jiangnan area are sorted out.At the same time,through investigating the current environmental foundation and design practice status of the modern Jiangnan area,we will reflect on the typical case of the modern Jiangnan B&B environment design.By comparing the design status of B&B around Zhejiang Fuyang,Shanghai Zhujiajiao,Suzhou Kunshan,Suzhou and Suzhou Pingjiang Road,it is analyzed how to respect the humanistic tradition and geographical environment of the Jiangnan area in the environmental design of the contemporary Jiangnan B&B,while at the same time in the external form of the building.Taking into account the regional characteristics of the Jiangnan area,it can meet the needs of modern people's leisure life in the space environment.Secondly,from the specific case to the sum of experience,from the three basic aspects of the "regional environmental characteristics","humanities tradition" and "space environment characteristics" in the Jiangnan region,the relevant theories of the environmental design of the modern Jiangnan area Explore.In "Regional Environment" and "Regionalism","Architectural Aesthetics" and "Place Spirit,Cultural Heritage Protection","Human Residence Ideal" and "Poetic Inhabitation","Space Environment Value" and "B&BEnvironment Design" The discussion of group relationships has been inspired accordingly.Then return the concept to the specific case and apply the summarized theory to the specific practice case.Finally,taking my own design practice “Hepotang” B&B as a case,the principles and strategies of the environmental design of modern B&Bs in Jiangnan are summarized.Through the discussion on the design of the environment in the contemporary Jiangnan area,this paper hopes to find a way of thinking and method for the design of the environment in the modern Jiangnan area,so that more people can participate in the re-examination of the discussion on the environmental design of the modern Jiangnan area.Explore the development of modern homestays in Jiangnan.
