At present,the main prestressed anchor bearing plate at home and abroad is made of integrated cast iron casting.In the course of handling or construction anchor bearing plate was damaged or even exploded which is due to brittleness and structural defects of cast iron material.It has caused great difficulties for construction that including the delay of the time of work or the hidden danger of structural safety.In this paper,the anchor bearing plate is produced based on the combination of stamping and welding which is adopt a better plasticity steel that through material selection analysis.Therefore,we could studied many aspects that including the structure of anchor bearing plate,stress and load transfer under anchor and so on.The specific research content is as follows:Firstly,the structure of the post tensioning prestressed anchorage system,the internal defects and improvement plan of the anchor bearing plate structure researched by scholars at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed,including Freyssinet,VSL,DSI and so on.Then,a method for developing a new anchor bearing plate using a steel plate as a base material in combination with a stamping and welding forming process has been found and the first generation of new anchor plate structure is proposed,and the calculation and analysis methods for stress analysis under prestressed anchors at home and abroad are summarized.Secondly,by the ANSYS finite element numerical analysis model for the element type,mesh division,contact analysis,failure criterion and failure criterion selected are introduced in detail.A finite element model was established for the YJYM15-7DHJ anchor bearing plate and M15E-7DTB anchor bearing plate that were designed in this paper.The ANSYS finite element software was used for calculation and analysis.Comparing the calculation results of the two,it is found that the stress difference between the two is not large,but the weight is reduced by 44.7%.The weld seam stress was extracted and checked for weld strength.Thirdly,the use of the domestic and foreign normative standards to carry out the cyclic load transfer test on the stamping and welding new anchor bearing plate.The width and development degree of the cracks and structural strain continuously obtained from the test and identical with ANSYS finite element calculation results.then,all meet the requirements of the standard and further verify the rationality of the structural design,and also tested the reliability of ANSYS finite element software for the design and research of the anchor system.Fourthly,comparing the finite element analysis with cyclic load transfer test for the stress distribution in the first generation of the new type of stamping and welding forming anchor bearing plate and anchorage zone,summarizing the domestic and foreign anchor bearing plate optimization design experience,analyzing the anchor bearing plate The influence factors of structure on the stress distribution of specimens were re-established by finite element model for calculation and analysis,and the second-generation stamping and welding forming new anchor bearing plate structure forms were optimized.After the completion of this project,a new direction of optimization design of a new type of prestressed anchor bearing plate is opened up,which can further enhance the development level of the domestic anchor system.
