| This paper discusses current research situation, characteristic and significance of the structure vibration ,as well as introducing the structure optimization development and its application in project .On the basis of scene investigation , vibration test and vibration — proof reinforcement of Taishan cement factory building ,structure vibration analysis is carried on to revolve structure resonance and reduce structure vibration scope by using the finite element method, structure dynamics theory and principle concerns large-scale finite element computation software- ANSYS ;And so on many structure reinforcement models are established to optimize the characteristic of structure vibration .The main results are as follows:1 , Using frequency spectrum analysis method to analyze the frequency spectrum features of scene vibration test data ,then get vibration source frequency and structure self—vibration features.2, Researching reinforcement or unreinforcement structure's vibration features and the reason of structure resonance by establishing finite element solid model and shell model ,at the same time ,modifying the shell model refer to solid model's results.3, With application of vibration resource frequency, analyzing the rigid modified shell model by vibration time- histories analysis by acting on the structure' mass points with sine wave; In the end, contrasting the results and evaluate structure reinforcement effect.4, Establishing a lot of reinforcement models and making use of optimization analysis function of ANSYS to optimize them; Based on contrasting each design and considering structure reinforcement' efficiency , serviceability , feasibility and validity。 Choosing a reasonable optimal plan; Carrying on sensitivity analysis as well as provide sensitivity curve in order to adjust structure'parameters.At last, this paper is summarized totally and puts a forward proposal on this topic further deepened research. |
