The subframe is an important connection between the suspension and the car body.Recently,In order to obtain a set of forward frame designs for sub-frames that meet the requirements of high-pressure molding processing technology and to avoid the complex designing process witch Listed a number of design options and match them one by one during the traditional sub-frame design process and provided reference for the early development of new subframe,the variable density method of topological optimization technique was introduced into sub-frame's conceptual design.In this study,a sub-frame structure design scheme that complies with the internal high-pressure forming and processing technology is proposed by fully considering the characteristics of internal high-pressure machining and the actual conditions in the actual design of the sub-frame.Summed up a set of sub-frame structure design method based on topology optimization.Summed up a positive design method.This study proposes an internal high-pressure forming sub-frame structure design as an alternative to a passenger vehicle sub-frame.Firstly,Hypermesh was used to analysis the stress,strain and mode of a sub-frame in the passenger car under the typical operating conditions.And designating the design area in space with the reference of the sub-frame and the surrounding parts relative position relationship.Then,with the design area as the topology optimization space,the unit density was the design variable,or this study,single-target topology optimization and multi-view topology optimization were defined,and the differences between the two were co MPared.Get topologically optimized cloud maps.Products generated,using topology optimization methods in space,tend to have tubular profiles.Internal high pressure molding technology mainly processes tubular parts.Therefore,the conceptual design of the sub-frame based on the topology optimization cloud diagram is in line with the actual situation of the internal high pressure molding production and processing technology.The cloud images were improved by adding the processing constraint.Finally,the conceptual design of the subframe was bas-ed on the distribution of the subframe material as shown in the topological cloud.Through the finite element analysis of the design scheme and the co MP arison with the original subframe,it is found that the design scheme of the subframe is no t only lower than the original scheme,but also the weight is lighter,which proves that the topology design concept is feasible.
