The combustion pressure acquisition and analysis system is an important tool for combustion research.This article will carry out engineering research on invention patents and creatively develop a new type of engine combustion test system.The system consists of a new type of protractor,embedded system cluster and acquisition processing and analysis software.The main work is:Design a new type of protractor and develop an embedded system cluster based on an ARM-based microcontroller to increase the acquisition frequency.The new angle marker is used as the trigger source of the analog-to-digital conversion module of the smallest embedded system in the embedded system cluster by arranging multiple photoelectric switches that generate piston displacement signals on the turntable,which significantly increases the number of trigger pulses per unit period;The system cluster is composed of multiple minimum embedded systems,and each minimum embedded system receives the corresponding pulse signal to trigger the data collection in the cylinder.Through the above-mentioned organization,extremely high acquisition frequency can be achieved,which greatly reduces the difficulty of developing high-speed systems,and can achieve high-performance chip functions through ordinary performance chips.Developed cross-platform data collection and analysis software based on Java.Realize the matching operation of the software to different operating systems,obtain the collected data of the embedded system cluster output through serial communication,and use Swing to realize image processing and output.The software performs instantaneous analysis of test data through Weber formulas and other mathematical tools to provide relevant calculation values in order to adjust the test plan in time and shorten the test cycle.On this basis,the remote communication function is integrated based on the Netty framework,so as to realize the remote storage and management of test data.Finally,the functions of each module of the system are verified.The results show that the system can increase the acquisition frequency by increasing the number of the smallest embedded in the embedded system cluster.Three minimum embedded systems are used in the test,and the acquisition frequency reaches The sampling frequency is three times that of a single minimum embedded system and the system design requirements are met;the collection processing and analysis software successfully implements combustion exotherm analysis and remote storage of data.
