With the rapid development of economy,the capacity of distribution network is becoming larger and larger.In recent years,the investment in the construction of distribution network in China has been increasing,and the development of distribution network has achieved remarkable results.However,there is still a gap between the level of electricity consumption and the international advanced level,and the development of urban and rural areas is seriously unbalanced.Distribution network is a platform for interaction between power grid and user side.With the development of distributed power,more and more problems appear in distribution network,which need to be solved urgently.In this paper,the planning of distributed energy and active distribution network(ADN)is carried out in the following aspects:Firstly,this paper focuses on the volatility of distributed generation.In this paper,the random fluctuation processing of renewable energy and the output characteristics of distributed generation and energy storage are studied in detail,and the typical processing curves of distributed photovoltaic and wind power are obtained,which lays a foundation for the randomness of distributed generation into the planning below.Secondly,this paper puts forward the objective function and constraint condition of planning under active distribution network,and proposes an improved Dragonfly algorithm to solve the problem.In order to solve the problem that traditional Dragonfly algorithm is easy to fall into local optimization and low optimization efficiency,this paper improves Dragonfly algorithm by adding differential evolution,adaptive learning factors and improved algorithm optimization process,and uses benchmark function to compare the classical algorithm and the improved Dragonfly algorithm proposed in this paper.Finally,this paper proposes the location and capacity determination method of the distributed generation in the active distribution network,and establishes the planning model of the active distribution network by using ieee-33 node example.It compares the planning of the distributed generation only in the traditional distribution network,the planning of the distributed generation and energy storage under the traditional distribution network,the planning of the distributed generation and energy storage under the active distribution network,the planning of the distributed generation and energy storage under the active distribution network,and the financing under the active distribution network The simulation results show that the improved Dragonfly algorithm proposed in this paper can efficiently complete the planning of distributed power and energy storage in the active distribution network,and can make the distribution network to accommodate more distributed power and energy storage while meeting the economic requirements under the active distribution strategy considered in this paper.
