| Under the background of changes in the global energy supply and demand pattern and my country’s "dual carbon" goal,distributed generation(DG)represented by photovoltaics and wind power has developed rapidly in active distribution networks.However,DG is a kind of For unstable power sources that are seriously affected by the weather,when a large number of them are connected,the original single power source radiation network structure will be changed.If the excess power cannot be consumed in time,the supply and demand between the source and the load in the distribution network will increase.unbalanced,which will inevitably endanger the normal operation of the distribution network.With the development of energy storage technology,the introduction of distributed energy storage(DES)into the active distribution network can solve the adverse effects of DG on the active distribution network.The stable and economical operation of the power distribution network is crucial.However,the reasonable configuration of DES is the premise of its efficient application in active distribution network.Therefore,how to consider the coupling between DES planning and operation,and establish a multi-objective optimization model for DES optimal configuration that takes into account both safety and economy,and what method to use to effectively solve this high-dimensional complex multi-objective optimization problem,in order to achieve the purpose of generating greater benefits with DES with as small a capacity as possible under the premise of satisfying the safety of the active distribution network.Significance.Aiming at the development status of DES,this paper analyzes the basic principles and advantages and disadvantages of various DES,summarizes the research status of various DES application modes at home and abroad,and gives development suggestions on key issues,focusing on mathematical models and solving algorithms.The research status of DES optimization configuration at home and abroad is introduced in two aspects.According to the operation characteristics of distributed photovoltaic,distributed wind power and load are analyzed,and the typical daily curve is obtained.The basic principle of DES is analyzed and its mathematical model is established.The influence of DES access to active distribution network is theoretically derived,and it is concluded that the key to whether DES can play an active role in active distribution network depends on its access location,capacity and operation mode.Research and improve the solution algorithm of multi-objective DES optimization configuration,analyze the principle and solution algorithm of multi-objective problem,and focus on the principle and process of Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization(MOPSO).The algorithm is improved to solve the problems existing in MOPSO in dealing with high-dimensional and nonlinear problems such as DES optimal configuration.The quasi-opposite learning strategy is introduced in the generation and update of particle velocity and position to expand the coverage of the solution space,and an adaptive particle splitting strategy is introduced according to the different search directions of the algorithm before and after the algorithm,so as to separate the particles that are clustered together prematurely.It is separated to improve the race characteristics and avoid the algorithm falling into local optimum while ensuring the late convergence.It is used to solve the DES multi-objective optimization configuration model.For the optimal configuration problem of multi-objective DES in active distribution network.From the perspective of improving the vulnerability and economy of the active distribution network,a multi-objective DES optimal configuration model is established based on the grid vulnerability measurement index,active network loss and energy storage rated capacity.The solution method and process are described.By analyzing the IEEE-33 node distribution system with DG in MATLAB,the optimal location information,capacity and corresponding operation strategy of DES in the active distribution network are obtained.The superiority of the DES optimized configuration method and the improved MOPSO algorithm in this paper are verified by comparative analysis. |
