Total station plays a very important role in practical engineering surveys such as roads,bridges,building construction and so on,and how to acquire and transmit and process total station data intelligently and in real time through existing technical means is an important research direction.This project takes nRF905 as the communication method,makes full use of the convenient and flexible network technology to design and realize the combination of wireless data transmission of total station,software processing of 3D measurement system of upper computer and electronic display of tower scale,and develop a wireless data transmission system for total station.The wireless data transmission system of total station mainly realizes that the data of total station is transmitted through wireless communication and processed by the upper computer and finally displayed on the electronic tower ruler.The system consists of four parts:the external auxiliary transmitter at the total station end,the external auxiliary transmitter at the upper computer end,the 3D measurement system and the electronic tower ruler.Firstly,DSP is selected as the control core in each part,and hardware such as data control,transmission and display of the total station are designed in this way.Then,the hardware design is realized through circuit diagram design,plate making and welding.Choosing C language as the programming language,according to the communication protocol of nRF905 wireless module,DSP core controller configures the software of nRF905 wireless module to complete the design of the communication software.In the development software of VB,the software of the 3D measurement system of the upper computer is designed with the idea of modularization.After analyzing the software requirements of the 3D measurement system,the overall idea,module division and program writing are carried out.The upper computer 3D measurement system can complete real-time receiving of total station data,uploading of road curve data,solving and processing of data and other functions.In order to improve the transmission quality,automatic communication mode is used when the external auxiliary transmitter communicates with the upper computer.Finally,the system is tested.During the data acquisition and transmission to the upper computer for display testing,the data is accurately uploaded,which indicates that the data transmission accuracy is 100%within the range of 120 meters.The whole system is tested on Keji 4th Road and 7th Road in High-tech Zone of Xi'an.The wireless data transmission system of the total station establishes the nRF905 wireless transmission network.The stakeout data is displayed on the end of the electronic tower to determine the stakeout point,which shows that the whole system meets the requirements.Therefore,the wireless data transmission system is stable and meets the real-time,accurate indicators and requirements of data transmission.which is suitable for accurate measurement of roads,bridges,houses and other projects,and has certain reference value for similar measurement systems.
