A new type of aviation weapon used laser detection technology,and it detects targets with laser transmitter optical components.At present,manual adjustment has disadvantages such as low efficiency,high rejection rate.In order to improve the efficiency and yield,and ensure the quality of the installation,we need to build a high quality and low cost laser transmitter calibration test system.In this project,we studied the the the design of new laser transmitter optical system based on the analysis of laser transmitter optical distribution structure and optical component structure of the transmitter,and we proposed a method for fast assembling and adjusting optical component of transmitter based on the parameters of exited laser beam.Then,we analyzed and researched the characteristics parameters of laser beam of new laser transmitter,compared the measurement methods of laser beam parameters,including beam divergence angle,pitching angle and optical power,and proposed the method of measuring the beam quality of laser beam by dual linear CCD scanning imaging.Based on the above analysis,we put forward the design method of the test system and the hardware system and software system of the new type laser transmitter calibration test system were realized.We finally put forward the method of mounting optical component of laser fuze transmitter,realized the online real-time adjustment of optical transmitter laser fuze assembly process.We improved the alignment accuracy of each optical component and assembly efficiency,so as to ensure the optical properties of the laser fuze.The research and application of this project can enhance the ability of the laser transmitter monitoring and assembly level.which also can improve the development and production of intelligent and integrated level,and can be used for guidance to improve the quality of the laser transmitter,provide a reference for the optical assembly of laser fuze.
