With the rapid and healthy development of our country's economy and society,roads and bridges are emerged in endlessly,and high-rise buildings are row after row,in the midst of this,ready-mixed concrete is an important material for these constructions.Concrete batching plant as the main equipment of the preparation of ready-mixed concrete in which plays an important role,is also the ready-mixed concrete directly for the supply of goods.With the rapid development of Internet of things technology,the management of concrete batching plant distribution by enterprises is moving towards a more intelligent and efficient direction.At the same time,under the background of the current commercial concrete enterprise collectivization operation,the station distribution process of cooperation is particularly important,therefore,to establish a scientific and reasonable coordination scheduling scheme is very realistic.This paper first describes the Internet of things technology and the characteristics of ready-mixed concrete distribution,and puts forward a concrete batching plant distribution management system design scheme.The system can monitor the distribution status of ready-mixed concrete and the scheduling of concrete batching plants in real time.At the same time,according to these functional requirements,the corresponding database and system management function,data management function,information collection function,information transmission communication and GIS function are designed,and the corresponding system operation interface is developed.Among them,the concrete batching plant distribution vehicle scheduling is the cornerstone to achieve these functions.In view of the problem of distributing vehicles in batching plant,this paper proposes a multi-batching plant coordinated dispatching model,and establishes the corresponding mathematical model with the goal of the shortest waiting time of construction site and the shortest waiting time of concrete mixer at the site,and solve the problem by using the genetic algorithm.In the process of solving,this paper designs a double-layer coding method according to the corresponding relationship between distribution times and construction sites,in the process of evolutionary operators,encoded respectively in two layer roulette selection,single point crossover and inversion mutation variation,etc.,and take the multiple sets of scheduling scheme is obtained by simulation experiment,and draw the corresponding site casting gantt chart,through the visual expression of iterative curve gantt chart,we can see good scheduling results,can provide decision support for enterprise scheduling personnel,in order to improve the profit of commercial concrete enterprise level and work efficiency.
