Industrial park is called as industrial cluster which is formed by many enterprises agglomeration to share resources and services. Supply Hub in Industrial Park (SHIP) providing public warehouse and public fleet Milk Run logistics service for every enterprise in industrial park, which is proposed by Third-Part Logistics (TPL) to optimize the logistics resources and alleviate the land, transportation and other resources in industrial park. Milk Run logistics use the same vehicles pickup and delivery goods to multi-enterprises by driving cycle. In order to obtain high-frequency, small-lot and just in time transportation, it has to consider the vehicle scheduling transportation batch, arrival time window, the real-time production data in every enterprise and others dynamic factors in vehicle scheduling process. Therefore, the traditional static vehicle scheduling method have been unable to meet the real-time, agility, and efficiency requirements for the SHIP’s public logistics. The Internet of things technology (IoT) which as an emerging technologies for modern logistics distribution system, it can be applied to real-time tracking and management the vehicles and goods in the process of logistics operation, a dynamic real-time data can be also collected in every logistics nodes. IoT implement the reasonable optimization of vehicle scheduling according to real-time state of logistics resources.This issue draw a lessons from the previous research achievements, support by IoT to study the optimization of real-time vehicle scheduling problem for Milk Run logistics in SHIP. The research content mainly includes the following aspects:(1) Discusses the vehicle scheduling problem in SHIP’s "Shared" logistics system mode. Proposed an IoT-based, small-lot, high frequency and just-in-time (JIT) Milk Run logistics operation mode in SHIP.(2) Analysis the existing problems during the vehicle scheduling. Proposed an IoT-based Milk Run logistics real-time vehicle scheduling basic framework for SHIP, Realized IoT-based real-time data acquisition and management, implement the real-time task scheduling, achieved the purpose of labor division and cooperation of vehicle scheduling.(3) According to the decision-making requirements for SHIP’s Milk Run public logistics, combined with the principle for IoT-based Milk Run logistics vehicle scheduling. Established a mathematical model for Milk Run public logistics real-time multi-vehicle scheduling, and on the basis of genetic algorithm, to change chromosome coding, using local competition selection strategy, proposed the improved genetic algorithm based on multi-vehicle transportation.(4) On the basis of real-time vehicle scheduling framework, using C#language implements an IoT-based real-time vehicle scheduling system, with the introduction of the system each module, full display the system function by running instance.There are has theoretical value and practical significance for this paper study in IoT-based Milk Run logistics real-time vehicle scheduling problem, it mainly shows in two aspects: Firstly, Theoretically studies the Milk Run logistics operation mode for SHIP, proposed an IoT-based real-time vehicle scheduling solution for SHIP to realize the IoT technology fully integrated apply in vehicle scheduling for SHIP, it also can be provided as a reference for similar industrial park information platform construction; Secondly, studied IoT-based Milk Run public logistics vehicle scheduling mathematical model, and designed the corresponding intelligence improved genetic algorithm to provide and support the decision making.
