With the reform efforts of power industry,in order to meet people's electricity demand for better life,power grid corporations have higher and higher requirements for high-quality power supply.Electric power communication network is a physical network that carries the real-time control business of power grid corporations.How to provide a network with strong real-time,high reliability and redundant bandwidth has become an important proposition.In view of the industry characteristics of electric power communication,it is necessary to realize real-time transmission,logical isolation,self-healing routing and real-time monitoring between businesses.Power dispatching data network is a technical network which can meet the above characteristics at the same time.In order to support the power grid construction,it is very necessary to cover power dispatching data network in the research area.This Paper studies the theory,technology,networking,hardware and other aspects of power dispatching data network's coverage in the research area.The specific work is divided into four aspects.First,by consulting a large number of documents,this paper studies the power grid development needs of the region in-depth,proposes reasonable suggestions for power dispatching data network's coverage and fully considers the statistics of business needs and the plan of network scale.Second,through theoretical research and network scheme comparison,this paper recommends the current mainstream technology.The core technologies to realize the coverage of the dispatching data network are MPLS,OSPF and BGP.The specific plans of the design are network security,network management protocol,VPN instance,routing protocol,IP address,VLAN,device naming and so on.Third,in order to meet the reasonable matching of the above theoretical and technical framework,and to ensure the effective landing of the subject,this paper defines the specific operation parameters of the machine room and equipment through the comparison of technical specifications.The fourth is the test of the complete system at the end of the network construction,which mainly includes: single machine test,basic function test and network test.Among them,network test is the main test,which mainly tests the basic interoperability effect,and verifies the performance of the whole network(including delay,packet loss rate,and bandwidth utilization rate).By analyzing the current situation,theoretical research,networking recommendation,technical framework recommendation and performance test of the research area,this paper can effectively meet the needs of the operation of power grid's business,ensure the effective support of the power communication network to the power grid,improve the risk management and control ability of the large power grid,and meet the needs of the safety of power supply.
