| State Grid dispatching data network is a special designed data network for the service of producing and dispatching electricity, and is the fundamental facility for data transmission and switching between different levels of dispatching also between dispatching center and transformer substations. With the rapid development of the grid scale, dispatching data network now plays a more and more critical role in automatic dispatching field.Under the background of constructing bi-plane dispatching data network in State Grid, this thesis firstly introduced the history of dispatching data network development and current dispatching data network in Hangzhou Power Supply Company, then thesis made the needs analysis of dispatching data network in the development of Smart Grid and analyzed the current deficiency of dispatching data network in Hangzhou Power Supply Company, in order to make a general plan of future network structure. Thesis also analyzed the detailed plan of current IP address distribution. Additionally, the thesis introduced some important network technologies, such as OSPF, including their principles, characteristics and current application in dispatching data network. After analyzing the pros and cons in parameter configurations in these methods, this thesis developed the specific application and detailed parameter configuration of these methods in electricity dispatching data network in Hangzhou Power Supply Company.Based on the results of above analysis and plans, the thesis proposed the detailed plan and corresponding implementation steps to reform electricity dispatching data network in Hangzhou Power Supply Company, indicated how to smoothly transit the network and its bearer services, and also evaluates the reconstruction results form the perspective of technical indexes. Finally the thesis simply described the future development of dispatching data network in Hangzhou Power Supply Company. |
