The Human resources management is playing a more and more important role in the modern enterprises' management.Especially in a knowledge-intensive enterprise.As one of the most important parts in human resources management,Human Resources planning is the key whether the enterprise strategy can be implemented successfully.A rational human resource planning effects the enterprise development.Too much employee will lead the enterprise operation slower and higher cost,which will lead lower profit and competitive.But shortage of employee will also slowing down the project process,missing the window and the potential markets.M company as the R&D center of G Group,is a typical knowledge-intensive company.More than 80% of the employee with Bachelor or above degree.Its key function is research and develop the G group Chinese Car Brand.More than 60% of the employee are sending in Vehicle R&D project.Following the quick growth of G group Chinese Car Brand,more and more project are send to M company.How to plan the human resources to be a big problem for M company and G Group Human Resources Division.The research aims to build a math model in predict the M company vehicle R&D devotion.Provide a scientific reference to M company,as well as G Group.During the research,there's a linear dependence between the human resources devotion and procedure.So,we assembled the human resources devotion data,by analyze of regression,set up a regression model.But the regression result has a big gap with the real devotion.After a deep dive of the data,we found that the vehicle R&D is based on Platform and Modeling,which the employee is more efficient.Under this background,combine with Learning Curve,to optimize the regression result.Verify with the following project devotion.Finally to build the M company Vehicle R&D human resources devotion model.The research can spread the Learning Curve that only using in Labor-Intensive industry,lack of research in Knowledge-Intensive industry.The other hand,M company can predict the Vehicle R&D human resources devotion more accuracy,and better control the devotion in each step.The research can deliver M company a way to control their HR Planning,by accumulation the project planning and the prediction from the Model.At the same time,the research can avoid the shortage or redundant of human resources.Which can better control the Staff scale,reduce the human resources cost.Decrease the R&D cost and increase the profit.
