Renewal Of Shenzhen Traditional Village Protection Based On Symbiosis Theory Design Study

In recent years,China’s urban development is changing from incremental expansion to stock optimization.Urban renewal has gradually become an important means of urban development.Activating old buildings as a new wave of urban renewal has also sprung up into the city’s vision.As a fast-growing city,Shenzhen’s urban land is becoming increasingly tense,and the contradiction between traditional villages and urban land development has become increasingly acute."Traditional village" refers to a village that has a cultural heritage of material form and intangible form and has high historical,cultural,scientific,artistic,social,and economic values.The research object of this article is the traditional villages located in Shenzhen.The scope is mainly based on the “four towns and two cities” in Shenzhen: Guanlan Ancient Market,Dongmen Market,Shatoujiao and Shajing Market.They are also known as the four famous famous markets in Shenzhen,Nantou Ancient City and Dapeng.The city is the two largest ancient cities in Shenzhen,and the four ruins and two cities are representative historical and cultural buildings in Shenzhen.They have the typical characteristics of traditional Shenzhen villages.Symbiosis is a mutually beneficial relationship that enables opposing and contradictory parties to build,and ultimately achieves a mutually beneficial and sustainable state of development.Symbiosis theory involves a variety of disciplines.This paper draws on the relevant theories of biology and sociology and combines it with urban planning theory.By analyzing the three elements of the symbiosis system,namely the symbiosis unit,the symbiosis environment and the symbiosis model,try to use the symbiosis Diversity and mutual assistance provide theoretical guidance for the research on the protection and renewal of traditional ancient villages.On the basis of this research,the thesis investigates and analyzes the representative traditional villages in Shenzhen,and proposes a design strategy for the protection and renewal of the representative traditional village market-Qingping Ancient Ruins.This article first sorts out the relevant research on symbiosis theory,traditional villages,and protective renewal,explains the protection situation and policies of domestic traditional villages,analyzes the negative and positive cases of the protection and renewal results of domestic traditional villages,draws corresponding experience,and then conducts in-depth investigations The representative “four ruinsand two cities” within Shenzhen range are statistically analyzed for the traditional villages in Shenzhen and Bao’an District,among which Nantou Ancient Town and Guanlan Ancient Ruins are investigated and analyzed,and finally Qingping Ancient Ruins in Xinqiao Ancient Village Practice design.Qingping Ancient Ruins is one of the four famous ruins in Shenzhen.Although the government has comprehensively renovated and repaired major historical sites,the overall environment has been improved,but there is still a certain gap in function,space and culture between the ancient village and the city.There is no symbiosis.With the revitalization of traditional villages and the attention of local policies and leaders,it is required to propose further organic renewal.With this opportunity,the author proposes a design scheme based on the symbiosis theory,that is,by understanding the symbiosis unit,symbiosis environment and symbiosis model of the symbiosis system Research the corresponding design strategies: in four aspects: ancient village symbiosis morphology structure-coordinate symbiosis unit,ancient village symbiosis function composition-optimize symbiosis model,ancient village symbiosis environment composition-perfect symbiosis environment,ancient village symbiosis implementation recommendations-strengthen symbiosis Effect,design for practice.Through the above research,the thesis expects to complete the design exploration and trial of the protection and renewal of traditional villages in Shenzhen based on the symbiosis theory.Let the ancient ruins actively integrate into contemporary society to achieve symbiosis,combine experiential commerce and cultural consumption,and create a "new market" that combines ancient and modern times.The above research on the design of Qingping Ancient Ruins,as the existing problems have certain universality and typicality,can be used as a portrayal of the problems in traditional villages in Shenzhen,and can provide reference for the protection and renewal of similar urban traditional villages.
