Study On The Planning And Control Of The Environmental Reconstruction System In The Old Community

After 30 years of construction,zhuhai has developed from a border town into a modern city.With the construction of eco-city garden city in zhuhai city,the urban appearance has undergone great changes,especially in recent years,the new residential areas have been put into use to create a more livable new city standards.However,it is not to be ignored that there are still a large number of old communities in the old urban areas of the central city of zhuhai.These old communities built in the 1990 s have poor community environment and insufficient supporting facilities due to "congenital deficiency" and other reasons.After years of use,many buildings have become dilapidated to varying degrees,and the phenomenon of disorderly construction can be seen everywhere,with hidden safety risks,gradually revealing the impact of urban development and other disharmonious factors.This study is an upgrade and reconstruction project construction based on environmental remediation.The research contents include:(1)To create a "sponge" community by reforming the water supply and drainage system of the old community and improving the supporting facilities in the community.(2)Renovate the activity space,road system and plant greening configuration to create an old residential system with optimized psychological comfort.(3)Based on architectural form creativity and local characteristics,carry out facade transformation with local cultural characteristics,summarize the construction experience of facade transformation,and provide reference for future renovation projects.Through searching domestic and foreign literature and research works,we collected the historical and current information of zhuhai city history,commercial development history,architectural history,decorative elements,etc.,which laid a theoretical foundation for this study and provided necessarybasis for the field research objectives.Through the field investigation,the environmental status and hidden problems of the old residential area are recorded and analyzed in detail.Take photos and collect evidence of the old residential area through mobile phone,draw the building distribution map and the detailed decoration details of the building facade.A questionnaire was set up to understand the degree of support and opinions of the owners for the reconstruction project,which provided data support for the practical research of this paper.Select the successful cases of environmental transformation and building facade transformation of old residential areas at home and abroad,analyze the design experience and transformation means of the cases,combine the actual construction conditions of the project,and put forward a suitable transformation scheme of the environment and building facade of the old residential areas of Zhuhai.
