At present,most of the domestic axial-flow fan testing equipment rely on manual operation step by step,the test procedure is tedious,the test time is long,and the equipment compatibility is poor,most of the equipment only supports testing a single caliber axial-flow fan.Therefore,this paper takes " Development of intelligent test system for DN450 ～ DN1000 axial flow fan" as the topic,studies the key technical problems of multi caliber axial flow fan test hardware design,multi equipment integrated control automatic test technology,and the design of axial flow fan automatic test software platform based on the imported air duct method,develops the axial flow fan intelligent test system,improves the compatibility of axial flow fan test equipment and Automation level,which has reference value and practical significance for improving the level of intelligent testing and equipment,and promoting the development of the industry.(1)Starting from the test requirements of axial flow fan,the overall framework of the intelligent test system of axial flow fan is designed.The implementation methods of compatible test,traceability of test system,visualization of test data and automatic test function are studied.The working process of the test system is designed according to the function of the test system;(2)According to the test requirements,the compatible axial flow fan test inlet air duct is designed,and the dn450 ～ DN1000 axial flow fan compatible test is realized by using the test air duct with diameter of φ 1000 mm and φ 650 mm respectively.The measurement parameter acquisition hardware is designed and selected;(3)This paper studies the automatic test technology of equipment integrated control with different signal forms,designs the method of multi equipment integrated control,and improves the cooperative control ability of test equipment.The automatic test control technology of axial flow fan based on PLC control is designed,and the one key automatic test of axial flow fan is realized by combining with the test script editing technology of upper computer;(4)Based on Lab VIEW,a test software system with the functions of automatic test,data correction,data visualization and data traceability is designed.An intelligent judgment system of test results is established.Combined with the relevant judgment knowledge base,the intelligent judgment of axial-flow fan performance test results and the simple diagnosis of fan failure to be tested are realized,so as to comprehensively improve the test efficiency and intelligent water of the test system Flat.
