Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of manufacturing informatization and the increase of the trend of intelligent manufacturing,enterprises need to know every aspect of manufacturing in real time in the manufacturing industry in order to supervise and manage the production process.Therefore,how to comprehensively and accurately collect the data of the production site and analyze the qualifications of the parts manufactured in the manufacturing plant according to the data and trace the quality of the parts after the processing is finished,becomes a very important issue.On the basis of analyzing the workshop data acquisition method,this paper has carried on the overall design to the data acquisition and processing process,constructed the system physics frame and the software architecture model.By applying the RFID automatic identification technology in the workshop data acquisition process,Ensure efficient and quick data collection and accuracy,and to achieve the workshop system data sharing and exchange.Quality Analysis Inspections and Quality Traceability is also an important part of system.In the process of using control charts through the analysis of data to eliminate unexpected quality problems caused by the failure of the parts,thereby improving the overall quality of parts and components.Quality tracing is a retrospective feedback.By writing relevant information about the parts in the two-dimensional code,a quality tracing and Inspections system can be set up.After the problems are discovered,the same batch of parts can be checked in time for any abnormalities so as to improve the processing flow of the enterprise parts.Finally,the software system of data acquisition and processing system in the manufacturing process is used to build the B/S architecture.The system database is constructed by using E-R and UML model diagrams.The data acquisition,Size Inspections and quality traceability using 2D code are designed in detail.In the realization of the system,according to the contents of the above research and the specific needs of the enterprise,the practicality of the system in the production workshop is verified by the example of the Size Inspections and traceability of the parking pawl.
