| With the development of Internet of things(Iot)technology,in the two-wheeled motorcycle and electric vehicle industry,the function of vehicle-to-vehicle networking is becoming more and more popular.However,there are few reports about the testing and sampling calibration of the whole vehicle production line related to the electronic terminal equipment on motorcycles,such as the vehicle network.Most are the automobile industry’s program,for the motorcycle enterprise performance surplus and higher costs.The detection of motorcycle electronic components can not only ensure the quality and improve the consistency of products,but also provide a data base for future intelligent manufacturing analysis.But at present,the basic domestic use is through the manual testing function verification method for testing,or after assembly directly shipped with a single product certification.Therefore,in the motorcycle industry for the detection and calibration of these products on the vehicle function of the application research and implementation is of great significance.In this paper,the main research object is the domestic motorcycle Vehicle Controller(hereinafter referred to as IBOX).The IBOX is mainly responsible for vehicle communication and control strategy,and integrates the functions of vehicle networking.As a new part,IBOX has no data check in the whole car factory.After Assembly,only function test can confirm the function of the product.Not Conducive to the realization of vehicle production testing data requirements.Therefore,according to this problem,this paper researches and develops the application of IBOX embedded program with product line detection and calibration function.Design and implement the whole process of product line detection and voltage calibration function,improve product quality inspection capability and product sampling accuracy.This paper will first introduce the function of IBOX,and try to analyze the possibility of various failures.And excluding the design needs to ensure that the content,pull out some of the need to do testing on the production line,confirm the production line testing items.The AD sampling function of the product is then analyzed to determine whether an extreme event is likely to result in a failure.Then a simple scheme of AD sampling calibration is designed,and the feasibility of the calibration function is verified by theoretical calculation.Finally,by designing the embedded program,matching and calling the underlying resources of the original system,the above-mentioned items and calibration functions are realized without affecting the performance of the product itself.IBOX from the production of semi-finished products from the beginning to load the vehicle off-line can be tested.And through the test data,the actual effect of the design is verified.Finally realized the production line detection function in the whole production process,realized the production line detection function of the motorcycle controller from scratch,as well as the data collection.During the test period,the failure rate of the defective products successfully detected was 0.02‰,the sampling precision of oil sensor is improved from 30% without voltage compensation and calibration to less than 1.5% after compensation and calibration. |
