Nowadays,the detection method of domestic motorcycle dashboard manufacturers exist many problems,such as scattered test items,low test efficiency and high test error.A motorcycle dashboard combination detection device has been designed,which mainly includes the dashboard control device and the PC control software.Under the premise of measurement precision,to improve the detection efficiency,the control device of dashboard and PC software are used instead of cumbersome method of artificial.In this paper,Rennes' s R8C-25 16-bit microprocessor is chosen as control core for the peripheral circuit.The content of the combination detection device for motorcycle dashboard include the speed signal,the engine speed signal,the motorcycle oil signal,the light signal,the voltage and current of dashboard.Base on the principle of the motorcycle speed,engine speed and oil,light signal display,related hardware circuit is designed and produced.Meanwhile,the program of underlying application and PC control software is redacted.Through the experiment,testing and optimization,the design of motorcycle dashboard detection device is complete,and the efficiency of factory inspection is improved.The experiment designed refers to QC/T 727-2007 “Instruments for Motor Vehicles and Motorcycles” national standard and automotive industry standard.The results show that the waveform of speed signal and rotational speed signal meet the requirements.The relative error of speed signal source and the rotational speed signal source are less than 2% and the relative error of oil resistance signal source is less than 5%.The combination detection step design ed reasonable.So,the system can reach the expected requirement.
