A Study On The Security Governance System Of Online Ride-hailing Based On The Network Ecology Horizon

In today's world,with the rapid development of mobile network and information technology,the capacity of the Internet to make significant influence on people's life is getting increasingly distinct.Along with the trend of the Internet development,the ride-hailing industry develops rapidly with its expanding scale and increasing number of users,not only providing the public with convenient and efficient travel experiences,but also reducing the time and transaction cost caused by drivers wandering on streets for passengers.In addition,it creates employment opportunities,improves urban service capacity and promotes economic and social development.However,the frequent safety problems of ride-hailing have aroused great concern from all walks of life,and become the core problem that restricts the development of the industry and requires all parties of society to solve.Under the mode of network ride-hailing,drivers,platforms,users and the network technology and environment they depend on are connected,interacted and evolved with information flow and capital flow as bridges,forming a unified,overall and stable state with dynamic development and a specific organic whole in dynamic balance with service functions.From the perspective of network ecology,based on the summary of relevant research theories and achievements,and combined with the development status and characteristics of ride-hailing in China,this thesis constructs a ride-hailing network ecosystem model including main factors,technical factors,environmental factors and other elements.On this basis,it puts the ride-hailing safety at the core of the system,and establishes the connection between elements and ride-hailing safety.Through this model,the thesis puts forward a research hypothesis of influencing factors of ride-hailing safety,collects questionnaire data and uses Amos to establish the structural equation model,using the empirical method to verify the conjecture proposed in this paper.The results show that,as information producers,ride-hailing drivers and network environment factors including laws and policies,government supervision,market economy,platform management and social culture have a significant positive impact on the safety of ride-hailing.Based on the results,scientific suggestions for upgrading are put forward to establish ride-hailing safety governance system that is joined by the government,enterprises,the public,and industry organizations,achieving healthy,efficient and sustainable development of ride-hailing ecology.
