The belt conveyor is the most perfect equipment for bulk material transportation industry,it is getting the favour of all walks of life.Now,the belt conveyor is developing in the direction towards where long distance,large capacity and high speed,with the improvement of throughput and transmission distance.Because the single drum has done not drive obviously the requirement of the conveyor belt drive long distances.Therefore,multi-drum drive or multi-point drive is adopted to solve the problem of insufficient driving force.The power distribution between the driving rollers will be unreasonable When the methods are used for driving,so the reasonable distribution of power has become a problem to be solved when the conveyor carries out long-distance transportation.It is easy to produce longitudinal vibration why its a long distance belt conveyor and has action of extrinsic motivation.The large longitudinal vibration of conveyor belt will form a large impact load,which will lead to the unreasonable distribution of multi-drive drive power.The driving power will work for a long time above the rated current,resulting in the motor burning out and causing a major safety accident.Due to the complexity of viscoelastic model modeling and solution of conveyor belt,most researchers only stay in the theoretical analysis and research on the influence of longitudinal vibration of conveyor on power balance.But this method is quite different from the actual working situation of belt conveyor.This paper deduces the power distribution equation of longitudinal vibration of belt conveyor based on the wave analysis method.The influence factors of longitudinal vibration of belt conveyor on the multi-drive power level are qualitatively analyzed.The main influencing factors are the starting and accelerating mode of the conveyor,the elastic modulus of the conveyor belt and the diameter deviation of the driving drum.Then,the AMEsim analysis software is used to simulate and analyze the influencing factors under the condition of full load of the conveyor,and the relation diagrams of driving force,belt speed and time of each drum are drawn.The relation diagram of driving force,belt speed and time of each drum is drawn,and the power calculation and comparison are made.Finally,the optimal starting mode of the belt conveyor is obtained,which provides a reference for the selection of the conveyor belt and the driving drum,reduces the influence of longitudinal vibration on the driving power distribution to some extent,and reduces the probability of accidents.
