| As China’s urban construction has entered a new stage of "transformation from extension to intension",the object of urban design is becoming increasingly refined. In this context, this paper focuses on bus stops. As an important part of public transport facilities, the optimization design of bus stops is not only related to the quality and efficiency of public transport, but also affects the construction of high-quality urban public space. For the design study of bus stops, this paper uses a combination of theoretical analysis and actual research.Firstly,by summarizing relevant theoretical data, several main classifications, components and basic design principles of bus stations are summarized. Then, the author conducted a field survey of 100 bus stops in the main urban area of Nanjing, and recorded detailed information such as the overall style, basic size, number of docked lines, and facilities. In addition, the author also conducted a questionnaire survey and interviews with the waiting passengers in the site, and grasped the actual feelings and subjective appeals of the users. Finally, this paper summarizes and analyzes the current situation and related problems of bus stations in the main urban area of Nanjing from the macro and micro levels. The macro level is mainly from the data analysis, summarizing the selection, size and supporting facilities of the bus stop in the main urban area of Nanjing, and also summarizes the main opinions and appeals of passengers for the use of the site.At the micro level, starting from the four dimensions of the carrier dimension, the user dimension, the facility dimension and the city dimension, the main problems existing in the bus stop in the main city of Nanjing are summarized and analyzed. In view of the above problems, combined with the design experience of relevant excellent cases at home and abroad, this paper proposes corresponding and specific design optimization strategies from the four dimensions of carrier, user, facility and city. The optimization design strategy of the carrier dimension mainly includes improving the interaction relationship between the bus and the users at the bus stops, and standardizing the operation and management of the bus.The optimized design strategy of the user dimension mainly includes designing the site facilities in combination with the human body size, emphasizing the versatility and safety of the bus stop design. The optimization design strategy of the facility dimension mainly includes optimizing the platform scale, improving the relationship between the platform and the non-motor vehicle lane, functional partitioning and streamline organization of the platform, combining the street relationship and climatic conditions, and improving the design of the bus shelter. The dimension of the city is mainly to strengthen the integrated design of the site and the surrounding urban space, and at the same time, the site can reflect the geographical characteristics of the city. Finally, this paper selects Nanjing Sipailou Stop and Taipingxiang Stop as the objects of actual design optimization, and applies the above optimization strategies into their design schemes, verifying the operability and adaptability of the optimization design strategies,so as to provide reference samples and guiding principles for the design and construction of public transport stations in China. The main part of this article is more than 58000 words, totaling more than 66,000 words, and the chart is 130 groups. |
