Research On Regeneration Strategy Of Urban Villages In Xiamen Island From The Perspective Of Multiple Values

In the context of stock update,the large-scale urban village has gradually become the focus of transformation in major cities.In the course of practice,the city government paid too much attention to the negative external effects of the villages in the city,and it was mostly rebuilt.Although some scholars have affirmed the social and cultural value of the villages in the city,they have stayed on the macro analysis.The lack of understanding of the multi-value of the village in the city has caused many villages in the city to be razed to the ground,destroying the cultural ecology that has been formed for a long time.Therefore,this paper takes Xiamen Island as an empirical analysis for a more detailed analysis,and draws on relevant theories and methods to establish a rational framework for the analysis and analysis of urban villages based on multiple values.First of all,this paper establishes the process of value extraction of cultural quality identification,value identification and value elaboration by referring to relevant theories and methods,and adopts a combination of top-down and bottom-up methods such as historical research,field investigation and questionnaire survey.Support to derive the multi-value of the research object.Subsequently,using the process and method of value extraction,an empirical study and analysis of the village in the city of Xiamen Island was carried out to solve the problem of “there is no value”.Combined with literature research,field research and questionnaire interviews,it is concluded that Xiamen Chengzhong Village is a unique testimony of various historical processes,a complete carrier of Xiamen's development,an important place for Xiamen's diverse social and cultural symbiosis and Xiamen Sea.The origin of the homesickness of various groups inside and outside has rich historical,social and emotional values.Based on the analysis of the multi-value of the urban villages in Xiamen,the author further explores the “what is the value”.Through the analysis of the status quo of the tangible value carrier and the intangible value carrier of the village in the city,it is concluded that the urban village with rich value carriers at the macro level presents “large concentration”.The characteristics of small and scattered,but the villages in each city are self-contained and lack cultural connection;the value carriers in the middlelevel villages are multi-layered,but the cultural ecology is inwardly closed;the microlevel value carriers carry a large amount of collective memory,but history The overall characteristics and problems of the three dimensions of environmental degradation.Finally,in view of the above characteristics and problems,the author tries to solve the problem of “how to continue the value”,and proposes “the overall strategy of partitioning fragmentation”,“strategic development strategy of villages and villages” and “value carrier” from the macro,meso and micro levels.Optimize the promotion strategy,in order to propose a multi-scale update method in the multi-value layer facing the city-village with rich value carriers.
