| On the one hand,the rapid development of economy makes air conditioning widely used in people’s life,which leads to the increasing energy consumption of air conditioning in recent years.On the other hand,in the current design of civil buildings,the outdoor unit of split air conditioning is usually placed in the groove structure,and the louver is set to cover the outdoor unit.Although this kind of installation can improve the overall beauty of the building,if the outdoor unit installation is not reasonable,it will bring serious adverse effects on the operation performance of the air conditioner,resulting in the increase of energy consumption of the air conditioner.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study how to reasonably set the groove outdoor unit to optimize the operation environment of outdoor unit and reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning [1].The main research content of this paper is the influence of different factors on the cooling environment of outdoor unit.First of all,through reading the literature to determine the relevant factors affecting the heat dissipation of groove outdoor unit.Secondly,the influence of different installation conditions on the air inlet and exhaust temperature of outdoor unit is studied.Then,taking the environmental temperature,fan volume and other parameters measured in the previous experiment as boundary conditions,the process of heat dissipation of outdoor unit is simulated by using FLUENT software with reference to the experimental conditions,and the changes between the simulated value and the measured value under various conditions are analyzed and compared,which verifies the accuracy of thenumerical model of heat dissipation of outdoor unit.Finally,the influences of different installation conditions(distance between outdoor unit and obstacles),different louver forms(louver angle and louver spacing),different outdoor environmental factors(ambient temperature and natural wind speed),different arrangement and arrangement(adjacent spacing of outdoor unit)on the operation environment around outdoor unit are studied.It is found that with the increasing distance between the outdoor unit and the side wall of the groove and the back wall of the groove,the air inlet conditions of the outdoor unit are obviously improved,and the air inlet temperature of the outdoor unit is correspondingly reduced,but when each distance is increased to 200 mm,the effect of further increasing the distance on reducing the air inlet temperature is not obvious;with the increasing distance between the air outlet surface of the outdoor unit and the louver,the air inlet of the outdoor unit is no longer obvious The air temperature shows a significant upward trend;with the increase of the height of the groove,the ventilation condition of the outdoor unit improves,and the air inlet temperature of the outdoor unit decreases accordingly,but when the height of the groove increases to more than 800 mm,the air inlet temperature of the outdoor unit keeps stable,and no obvious change will occur;with the increase of the angle of the louver,the blocking effect of the louver on the air flow increases,and the angle is from 30 When the air inlet temperature of outdoor unit increases to 45 °,the air inlet temperature of outdoor unit shows a sharp rise trend;with the increase of louver spacing,the air inlet temperature of outdoor unit does not change significantly;the increase of outdoor ambient temperature is linearly proportional to the air inlet temperature of outdoor unit,and the difference between the two always keeps a certain value;with the increase of the inflow wind speed in the front direction of the groove,the air inlet temperature of outdoor unit first decreases When two outdoor units are arranged in the groove,the air inlet temperature of the two outdoor units tends to decrease with the increase of horizontal or vertical spacing,and the air inlet temperature tends to be stable when the distance increases to a certain limit value.On this basis,suggestions are put forward for the design of groove outdoor unit: when a single outdoor unit is arranged,the distance between the outdoor unit and groove side wall and groove back wall is 200 mm,the distance between the outdoor unit and the front guard louveris about 100 mm,the groove height is not less than 800 mm,the downward inclination angle of the louver is less than 30°,and the louver spacing is 50 mm;when two outdoor units are arranged,the horizontal spacing of the outdoor unit is not less than 300 mm,vertical spacing shall not be less than 250 mm. |
