With the rapid development of the economy and the accelerated pace of the city's modernization,the problem of energy application is becoming more and more significant.As a kind of household appliances that can provide comfortable environment for human beings,air conditioning gradually enters thousands of households,but the extensive application leads to the increasing energy consumption of air conditioning,and the disorderly arrangement plays a more important role in the production of air conditioning energy consumption,and also affects the beauty of the building.Nowadays,the commonly used processing methods for air conditioning outside of our country tend to be grooves,and are covered with blinds to play the role of beauty,sun shading,dust prevention and rain protection,but improper layout will seriously affect the performance of air conditioning,so how to arrange it reasonably is a problem that can not be ignored.Therefore,it is significant for the rationality of the layout of outdoor machines to reserve the outdoor locations of the grooves.In this paper,the operation efficiency and other problems caused by the irregular arrangement of indoor and outdoor units in the current building are studied.There are many factors affecting the thermal environment around outdoor machines,such as the placement of outdoor machines,the form of louvers and the outdoor environment etc.Reasonable arrangement of the way can not only save the construction cost,but also play the role of saving energy and reducing consumption.Therefore,the establishment of numerical study for a single and many sets of outdoor machine,and through experiment verification,is of great significance for the future construction of groove design and promotion and the reasonable arrangement of outdoor applications.The main work and research results are as follows:Establish a three-dimensional physical model of a single outdoor machine,and carry out three numerical simulations of the outdoor machine under different influencing factors,and the results show that:When the distance between outdoor machine and front shutter,shutter angle,outdoor shutter spacing,outdoor wind speed and the temperature of the outdoor environment are constant,the increasing of the distance between outdoor machine and outdoor building groove in the back wall will make the average outdoor inlet air temperature decrease.However,when this distance reaches a certain critical value,the average inlet air temperature no longer changes greatly and tends to be stable.Because the outdoor machine can have enough space for sufficient heat exchange,and the refrigeration efficiency has been significantly improved.However,when this distance reaches a certain critical value,the average inlet air temperature will no longer change greatly and tend to be stable;When the distance between outdoor machine and outdoor building groove in the back wall,shutter angle,outdoor shutter spacing,outdoor wind speed and the temperature of the outdoor environment are constant,the increasing of the distance between outdoor machine and front shutter will make the heat released by the outdoor machine can not discharge from the cavity in time to exchange the heat with the external atmosphere and gas reflux occurs,then the average inlet air temperature increases linearly;When the distance between outdoor machine and outdoor building groove in the back wall,the distance between outdoor machine and front shutter,outdoor shutter spacing,outdoor wind speed and the temperature of the outdoor environment are constant,the gradual increasing of the tilt angle of the shutter will make the disturbance of air flow near the shutter increase and the heat exchange area decrease,then block out the heat.So the average inlet temperature is going to go up in the process;When the distance between outdoor machine and outdoor building groove in the back wall,the distance between outdoor machine and front shutter,shutter angle,outdoor wind speed and the temperature of the outdoor environment are constant,the increasing of the outdoor shutter spacing will make the heat released by the outside machine blow as much as possible into the outside world,but it can not have a prominent effect on optimizing the surrounding thermal environment of the outdoor machine;When the distance between outdoor machine and outdoor building groove in the back wall,the distance between outdoor machine and front shutter,shutter angle,outdoor shutter spacing,outdoor wind speed and the temperature of the outdoor environment are constant,the increasing of the wind speed of outdoor environment will make the average inlet air temperature decrease first and then increase.When the wind speed of outdoor environment reaches a certain speed,the heat released from the outdoor machine can be impeded which leads to the backflow of hot air;When the distance between outdoor machine and outdoor building groove in the back wall,the distance between outdoor machine and front shutter,shutter angle,outdoor shutter spacing,outdoor wind speed and the temperature of the outdoor environment are constant,the ambient temperature and the average inlet air temperature of the outdoor environment under the influence of outdoor ambient temperature are consistent with the increasing of ambient temperature.(2)Build a small test bench and establish groove models that are adjustable structure,then do the experiment research about the factors that affect the heat dissipation of outdoor.Through the comparison between the results of experiment and simulation,prove that the numerical model established in this paper and the numerical simulation method are accurate,and the thermal simulation analysis of multiple outdoor machine is prepared.(3)Establish a three-dimensional physical model of multiple outdoor machines,and conduct three-dimensional numerical simulation analysis of the outdoor machines in the grooves of the overall building.The research results show that:When in the condition of temperature of the outdoor environment and the outdoor wind speed are constant,with the increasing of the depth of the grooves in the high-rise residential buildings and the width of the grooves is narrow,then the condensing heat discharged from the outdoor machine can't timely transfer from the grooves to the environment and transfer heat with the outside environment,that increases the effect of heat dissipation on the outdoor machines.When the groove size of the outdoor machines,shutter angle,outdoor shutter spacing,outdoor wind speed and the temperature of the outdoor environment are constant,if the outdoor machine is arranged in staggered arrangement,compared with the vertical rule arrangement,the average air inlet temperature of the outdoor machine increases,and the outdoor machine is arranged in staggered arrangement,the closer the outdoor space is to the side wall,the higher the average air inlet temperature is.
