Research On Economic Optimization Design Method Of New Chinese Low-rise Residential Building Based On Revit

In recent years,domestic new Chinese style residence entered the stage of rapid development,become the organic component in residential area.However,with the emergence of a large number of new Chinese residences,it is difficult for traditional engineering pricing methods to effectively control the cost and optimize the design of such buildings.BIM technology is a new technology developed in recent years.It is based on 3d digital technology and integrates all kinds of information in the project.It can realize fast and accurate engineering calculation,so as to strengthen the cost control and economy-based optimization design of the project.This paper mainly focuses on the goal of optimal design of building schemes under the guidance of cost control.Based on the summary and analysis of relevant literature,the paper first introduces the basic process of domestic engineering cost,and compares and selects three calculation models based on BIM technology.In view of the new Chinese low-rise residential projects,this paper expounds the reasons for using the engineering calculation mode of Revit with its own schedule,and discusses the technical problems in the measurement of Revit in a localized way,and sets the corresponding solutions.This paper classifies and integrates the localized engineering quantity list of each component and uses it in the project valuation to solve the problems of inaccurate data and low work efficiency in the optimization design based on cost control in the early stage of the project with traditional methods.According to the characteristics of the new Chinese low-rise residential,the basic framework of the optimization design method of architectural scheme is constructed by combining with the design process,and the framework process is elaborated in detail.Finally,the feasibility of this method is proved by case study,which provides a new theoretical reference for the implementation of cost control and optimization measures in project design stage.
