As the main power source of modern transportation and military equipment,the innovation,development and performance improvement of high-performance internal combustion engine are highly valued and concerned by the military industry and energy departments of various countries.Cylinder liner is the core component of energy conversion and power output of internal combustion engine.The processing accuracy of honed surface has a great effect on the service reliability and energy conversion efficiency of the engine.Therefore,this dissertation focuses on the reconstruction of the space trajectory of honing oilstone,the finite element simulation of honing the reticulated surface during cylinder liner honing process,and the optimization of honing process parameters,aiming to provide valuable theoretical basis and technical support for the precision machining of key components of high-performance internal combustion engine and the improvement of service performance of the whole engine.The main research work of this dissertation is as follows:(1)Analysis and reconstruction of oilstone trajectory during honing process:Based on the motion characteristics of honing oilstone and the creation principle of honing mesh surface,a 3D reconstruction method of abrasive particle is proposed.Based on this method,the spatial distribution of abrasive particle trajectory with different honing reciprocating speed,rotation speed and other parameters is studied.(2)Analysis of the effect of overrunning distance on cylindricity:Based on the space trajectory of abrasive particle,the material removal rate of honed cylinder liner is calculated.Combined with the statistical law of spatial trajectory of honing oil,the cylindricity of honing cylinder liner is obtained.On this basis,the influence of different honing parameters on the cylindricity of cylinder liner is studied.(3)Finite element simulation of honing process of cylinder liner:Aiming at the special cast iron cylinder liner,the finite element simulation model of honing process is constructed.This dissertation studies the crosshatch of honing oilstone abrasive on the inner wall of cylinder liner with different honing speed and cutting depth,and the topography effect of abrasive particle on honed surface.(4)Optimization of honing process parameters for cylinder liners:the experiment of rough honing and finish honing for cylinder liners with different processing parameters is conducted.The influence of different honing process parameters on the surface roughness and cylindricity of cylinder liners is studied through the experiment,and the honing process parameters are optimized.
