| The honing process to cylinder sets of autocar is an important link in production. Aiming at the phenomenon that the honing machines in domestic haven fallen behind,the paper comes up to improve the control system based on PLC to increase the production efficiency of honing and reduce workers'labor intensity,based on the simple 2MB2215Z honing machine which is controlled by traditional relays and switch valve.Based on the process of honing to cylinder sets of autocar,the factor that influence honing processing quality and efficiency of cylinder sets is obtained and the total reform scheme is proposed. The design of hardware in honing reform includes the choice of main controller, the distribution of I/O and the design of rotary tables. The design of software includes the main programme and subprogram, software compilation as well as the set and decision of processing parameters.Meanwhile,in order to ensure hydraulic system of honing machines in normal operation, hydraulic oil temperature control system design is separatly added.The temperature control system based on AT89C51 includes the choice of temperature sensor and A/D converter circuit, the design of display output,etc.Then the software is programmed on the basis of hardware circuit.Finally the reformed system is debugged and the necessary anti-interference measures are taked.Through the field test of honing,we find the honing qualities and honing efficiencies are improved, workers'labor intensity is reduced.The system achieves the expected effect of the transformation. |
