Research On Risk Management Of Urban Renewal Project

In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and the rapid progress of urbanization,China has made remarkable achievements in the process of urbanization.However,the problems of urbanization are increasingly prominent.On the one hand,the phenomenon of village in city appears in many big cities,which will undoubtedly hinder the urban development.On the other hand,in the process of planning and development of many cities,some old urban areas or buildings have not met the new needs,and need to be transformed and updated to give new functions.Although the government has formulated a lot of policies and norms to solve the problems of the transformation and renewal of the villages in the city,the old urban areas and the buildings,there are still problems such as unclear policies,inconsistent norms and standards,and many subjects involved.With the advancement of China’s urbanization process,many big cities in China will usher in the wave of urban renewal.This study can provide reference for other cities’ urban renewal.The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly,this paper reviews the development process and research status of urban renewal and project risk management at home and abroad.On this basis,it discusses the status quo of urban renewal in China and the status quo of urban renewal in Shenzhen and Hefei,and finds out some problems in the current urban renewal in Hefei compared with Shenzhen.Secondly,on the basis of discussing the connotation of risk management,this paper introduces the process and function of risk management.Then,on the basis of risk analysis,using literature review,questionnaire survey and other methods to identify the risks faced by urban renewal projects,and using clonbach reliability and validity analysis to calculate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire,and delete the risk factors of low reliability and poor validity,so as to determine the risk index evaluation system.Then,it introduces the methods of risk index weight determination entropy weight method and risk evaluation method fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and introduces the methods and measures of risk prevention and control.At last,the paper analyzes the specific case,through using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk of nanyangtai water transformation project in Hefei City,so as to draw the conclusion that the project risk is low,and gives the risk prevention measures and suggestions of the urban renewal project.
