Compared with traditional buildings,prefabricated buildings have the advantages of fast construction speed,short construction period,energy saving and emission reduction,and have broad application prospects in future buildings.In the frame structure,the beam-column members carry and transmit the force through the core area of the node.Therefore,based on the research of the prefabricated concrete structure,this thesis analyzes and studies the beam-column connection form and proposes a new type of prefabricated concrete frame node-Bolt connection form node.In this research,the form of the node is added with a corbel member,the corbel bears all the shear force of the node,and the high-strength bolt bears and transmits all the bending moments of the node,making the force transmission process of the beam-column node position clearer.It is hoped that the research results can promote the research and development of dry prefabricated concrete frame structures,and help the further development of my country's construction industrialization.The prefabricated concrete structure forms are more abundant and better adapted to the future development requirements.Based on the existing reinforced concrete frame structure,this study selects a frame end node for research,through structural design software and theoretical calculation methods,the end nodes were designed into cast-in-place,full-sleeve grouting connection and new bolt connection node forms,and through the ABAQUS finite element software analysis and comparison of the three connection node forms,the mechanical properties under the action of low cycle cyclic reciprocating load.According to theoretical calculation analysis and finite element simulation,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The new bolt connection nodes designed in this thesis are connected by high-strength bolts,when a large preload force is applied to the bolt,the external tensile force of a single bolt is less than the preload force,ensuring that the beam end and the column are in close contact throughout the service process,making the new type of bolt connection node a rigid node New design method of bolt connection node.(2)The new type of bolt connection joints have been designed so thathigh-strength bolts are always in the elastic stage during service,and the bolts themselves will not be damaged and deformed greatly,and eventually are characterized by beam failure,which is in line with the principle of "strong joints,weak members" seismic fortification.(3)Through the finite element analysis,the hysteresis curve of the new type of bolt connection node is relatively full and has good energy dissipation capacity,and the development of the skeleton curve is similar to that of the cast-in-place and full-sleeve grouting connection.According to the comparative analysis of the mechanical properties of the three types of joints,it can be verified that the new calculation method of bolted joints in this paper is scientific and effective.Compared with cast-in-place and full-sleeve grouting connections,the node form of this study has the characteristics of flexible assembly and fast assembly speed.When the component is damaged,it can quickly repair or replace the damaged bending component,which has good practical application value.Figure [32] table [10] reference [62]...
