This paper presents framework for seismic response analysis for the finite element model, the model will divide foundation– upper structure discrete finite element model of the plane into a reasonable isoparametric rectangular element (of which the upper frame structure with six-node element, the framework and foundation of nodes used four-node element). It sets the transmitting boundary at the bottom side of the border and sets the bundle on the boundary in order to mimic a more rational seismic waves through the formation of the upper structure of the foundation's role. The model significantly improves that seismic waves get into the upper part of the structure of all the irrational situation with the traditional fixed-model, while this paper improves the previous four-node element model of the computational accuracily with the six-node isoparametric plane elements. To make vertical seismic wave as the input seismic waves, throughing the structure force analysis to demonstrate the impact of beam span, while investigating the top story house at the condition of vertical seismic wave. Finally, top extrude house suffered internal force and displacement is much smaller than the level of seismic whipping effect under the much smaller, but in the same layer of the same model, internal forces and displacement is much larger, which is considered so less of the whipping effect,so in the calculation of seismic wave, the impact of vertical earthquake waves is also considered. At the condition of six-node isoparametric plane elements, Through contrast affect of the upper structure under the foundation of different sizes: the foundation size is less affective on the structure. Verifying transmitting boundary is also correct.
