Study On The Change Characteristrics And Influence Of Living Street Vitality Point In The Main Urban Area Of Harbin

In recent years,the urbanization process of China has reached unprecedented heights,and major cities across the country are undergoing large-scale urban construction in full swing,but the rapid expansion of the city has caused problems such as decreased quality and disappearance of features in street space,leading to he loss of the vitality of the streets.As China’s urbanization gradually enters the stage of transformation and development,and people-oriented has become the core of urban development,urban streets have once again been valued by people,and scholars have also carried out research on street vitality.Although there are a lot of research results in the field of street vitality research,the research basically takes the entire street as the research object,and there is a lack of research on the places that really carry vitality in the street space,as well as the characteristics of vitality changes.Therefore,this article selects a total of 85 street vitality points in the living street spaces in the four main urban areas of Harbin as research objects,investigates and analyzes the characteristics of the vitality changes of street vitality points,and uses multiple linear regression methods to study the micro physical space environment The impact of the vitality of the street.This article uses field survey method to collect data on two vitality indicators:activity intensity and activity diversity of vitality points.Through statistics and analysis,it is found that the activity intensity of vitality points shows "two increases and two decreases" on working days "The trend of change shows the trend of" three increases and two decreases "on rest days;the activity diversity of the vitality point shows the trend of" two increases and two decreases "on both work days and rest days.In terms of spatial distribution,the activity intensity of the activity point in Xiangfang District is significantly different from that of the other three urban areas and significantly higher than that of the other three urban areas,while the activity intensity of the activity point in Daoli District is the smallest,while the activity diversity of the activity point has little difference in the four urban areas.At the same time,a combination of relevant literature collation and survey questionnaire statistics was used to select seven micro-level physical space and environmental factors,and explore the relationship between them and street vitality.First,the correlation test was performed on the variables,and it was found that only the four factors of active space area,green coverage area,shelter coverage area,and seat density had a correlation with the activity intensity and activity diversity of the vital point.Then the multiple linear regression method was used to analyze the influence of these four factors on the vitality of the street.It was found that the active spacearea,green coverage area,shelter coverage area,and seat density all had significant positive effects on the activity intensity of the vital point.Green coverage area,shelter coverage,and seat density all have significant positive effects on the activity diversity of vitality points,while the area of activity space has no significant effect on activity diversity.Finally,based on the analysis of vitality characteristics and analysis of influencing factors,the optimization strategies of street vitality points are proposed respectively.
