| Since the national project developed the domestic large-scale aircraft in 2008,commercial aircraft projects have attracted worldwide attention. With the development of product engineering management,in the integrated development of aircraft complete machines, systems and component products, the system engineering and concurrent engineering models have been widely applied, and the phenomenon of professional crossover and resource concentration has become more frequent. The original organization setting can’t meet the needs of model development and actual development, and the integrated product team("IPT")has emerged as a result of cross-unit,cross-department and inter-disciplinary projects.Under this pattern,IPT is paralleled with the original function-based organizational structure, forming a "matrix structure." Emerging-market aviation companies face some new management issues: How should a relatively “loose” IPT team and its members across departments and units be motivated to complete their mission? What factors will have an impact on the joint research results and what is the influence degree of these factors? In view of the above problems, firstly, based on the basic knowledge of IPT team, matrix organization model, team theory and incentive theory analysis, combined with the characteristics of aviation enterprises, this paper summarizes the incentive factors of aviation enterprise IPT team and proposes incentives.Additionally, this essay proposed the hypothesis that factors affect the outcome of joint research.Secondly, through the way of questionnaire, effective data was collected from a number of industry units, and hypothesis testing was carried out using correlation analysis and regression analysis methods. Finally, the results of the empirical analysis are discussed and recommendations are made for the incentive strategy of the aviation IPT team. |
