Research On Indicator Diagram Measurement And Analysis System For Marine Diesel Engine

At present,the diesel engine has occupied a dominant position in the field of marine power,and has a wide range of applications.But the marine diesel engine structure is complex,the working environment is bad,prone to failure,and once the failure will not only cause huge economic losses,it also threatens personal safety.In addition,both at home and abroad on environmental issues and energy security is very important,the need to optimize the performance of diesel engine,so that it towards the direction of energy saving and environmental protection.Indicator diagram directly reflects the combustion status of diesel engine in cylinder.Realtime monitoring of indicator diagram can accurately grasp the working status of diesel engine,which is of great significance to reduce faults and improve performance.In this paper,STM32F407 single-chip microcomputer-based controller designed pressure signal conditioning and acquisition circuit,touch screen interface circuit,data storage circuit,communication interface circuit,power supply circuit,etc,to achieve the diesel engine cylinder pressure data acquisition,transmission,processing,and the collected data is stored in the SD card,at the same time,the diesel engine indicator diagram curve is displayed on the touch screen to realize the portable measurement of the diesel engine indicator diagram.The slave computer transfers the data stored in the SD card to the master computer by wireless communication.The master computer stores,analyzes,processes and curves of indicator diagram of the received data,and calculates the performance parameters of the diesel engine in order to achieve the reproduction of the performance parameters of the marine diesel engine.A variety of pretreatment algorithms of diesel engine indicator diagram curve are integrated in the algorithm of indicator diagram curve processing,and the algorithm of five points cubic fairing is optimized.At the same time,the realization process is described in detail,and finally a smooth and continuous indicator diagram curve is obtained.The system is based on the measured data of 4190 ZLC diesel engine to calculate the relevant parameters,the practicability of the test system and algorithm is verified,and the validity of the system and algorithm for measuring and analyzing the indicator diagram of marine diesel engine designed in this paper is proved.
