| The engine performance of the integrated testing of the automobile performance is essential to understand in condition that the engine is not disintegrated. Timely and accurate judgments is acquired on the current state of engine, and technical adjustment advice is proposed, particularly providing an effective basis for the rapid repair of automobile in the field conditions, and given essential assurance for the function of automobile on condition of informational battlefield.On the view of the development of engine complex testing equipment and military equipment support requirements for field operations, a portable diesel-and gasoline engine complex testing system is studied. The test instrument is mainly comprised of a signal extraction system, a fore processor and a signal processing, display and export equipment.The signal extraction system can pick up the parameters of the automobile test dots by various sensors, and it must have multi-forms to adapt different test parts. The testing apparatus mainly complete the distillation of the ignition signal, the inspection of the gas crock press, the test of the into-trachea, the determination of the startup parameters and the analysis of exhaust etc.The fore processor is known as the signal pretreatment system, and also known as"black box". It can input all the sensor signal of the engine to the signal processing system by attenuation, filter, enlargement and plastic.The signal processing, display and export equipment uses the 8751 SCM as the subminiature processor which controls the collection, display and print of the signal. The MGLS12864 dot-matrix LCD and TPμP-40A intelligent printer are used to display and export, which can minish the volume of the testing apparatus, and make all the system in a small host computer, then the portable comprehensive testing apparatus for diesel and petrolic engine is designed.
